This project grows from a simple idea.
"The Inner Dance Beneath the Ronda" is a place where leaders can learn a calmer, more attentive and more elegant way of dancing. To make this possible, I am inviting a small circle of leading partners to stand with me as a team. As a teacher I do not find it elegant to be The Maestro in the middle telling everyone what is what. I prefer a small group of great leaders who represent the outcome and help me guiding the dancers through their presence, their attitude and their example. I thought of you.

During the seminars you might be asked to demonstrate ideas with me, showing how subtle choices in posture, breath and intention can shift the whole ronda. You might be called to share your thoughts in front of the group, because your perspective can help others understand the deeper layers of the dance. We may also hold a short podium discussion where your experience becomes part of the learning process. Above all, your quiet grace, steady behaviour and respectful leadership help set the tone of the entire weekend.

Along with the main seminars, we will hold a mandatory class before each milonga on this topic. These short pre milonga workshops are required for everyone attending the evening events, so the whole community enters the ronda with a shared intention and similar awareness. Even during the milongas there will be gentle games and small hidden activities that remind us of the theme and keep the atmosphere mindful and playful.

Together with you we will have up to 8 chosen leaders whom we think you would be also proud to team up with.

If you accept this personal invitation we want to guest you for the entire event with nothing to pay. Hope this gesture explains how important we think your participation in the project.

If you feel like joining us but feel better paying to support the non profit Tango Club Stein Am Rhein organisation you can find the links on our events page. If that happens to be the case, we respect your principles and would like to honour it by refunding the half of it back to you.

Last but not the least option, is to bypass this invitation with no strings attached. We respect your schedule and priorities. We might be running this project again in the future and would extend our invitation again.
